We use Solid works and have 16 years+ knowledge of composite design, manufacture and optimisation we are happy to share with you to improve your idea or product for manufacture at Reverie.
Prototypes are developed in different ways depending on their purpose. To show styling features or other visual aspects of a part a prototype is normally created by hand using an epoxy or polyurethane modeling board, CAD data can be used to onsite tooling block or alloy to make a full size scaled pattern male/female direct mould tools. To show satisfactory tooling methods at low cost, wet lay glass prototypes are often produced. Reverie is able to produce a prototype to suit any purpose and any budget.
With out highly skilled staff we can produce hand made pattens to produce tools from.
We are fully ISO9001 approved and have Openmind Hypermill and Hypercad software to ensure precise accuracy of machining of tooling block, aluminium, carbon fibre and glass fibre on our two verticle CNC Machines.
Reverie can manufacutre its own tooling from either producing a pattern and laminating a tool or CNC from alloy blocks.
Reverie has made many bespoke parts for many different needs and clients, we pride ourselves on being able to take on the challenge of creating a one time masterpeice.
Due to the nature of Reverie and the way we conduct our business, if we see any interest in a part, we will consider its maufacturing process and assess if it is feasable (cost, timescale and abilty) to manufacture the part.
Reverie prides itself on quality, speed and cost. This is why we were contracted by a major superbike race team to build it's homologation bikes and it's race team counter part.
We can machine carbon and glass fibre products using our 2 CNC machines.
Reverie uses many techniques to bond materials together to provide different levels of strength, weight and rigidity.
Reverie has its own paint booth to finish parts to the customers requriements.
We can undertake a whole array of carbon fibre repairs on almost any composite items, be it for cars, bikes, boats, yachts and more.
