We can design and machine patterns using hyperCAD/Mill or use your supplied CAD for male or female low volume mould tools CNC machined from either PU Sika M650 or High temp Epoxy Tooling block CML978 or your own specified or supplied model board.
We can also offer machining on site of alloy patterns or moulds.
In general we tend to use ½” nylon dowels as locators for the different tool sections, with steel bushes in the tools but we can use your specified fixings.
We can also manufacture clamp or vacuum jigs and quote to CNC machine complex 2D or 3D composite parts one offs or batches, with extremely low levels of edge chipping or delamination using our knowledge and state of the art composite cutting tools.
Upon request we can provide a full Faro Fusion arm inspection report to show conformance of the machined Pattern or Mould or Composite part against your original CAD, we can measure accurately to +/-0.018mm.
