Shipping and Handling

Packaging & Next Day UK mainland delivery charged at cost, prices for overseas shipping calculated at checkout or on application.

Delivery Schedule

If in stock your order will be dispatched the same day otherwise you will be contacted with an approximate delivery date.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Back orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.

Tax Charges

For orders made within the UK or within the European Union, 20% VAT (TAX) is added, unless a Europa approved Vat / Tax ID number is
provided for the ordering company. All other Export orders, with proof of shipment from the UK are exempt from VAT (TAX).

Credit Card Security

We securely process your card details online using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connections via Sagepay, this is checked and validated regularly by Security Metrics.

Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order same day before 3.00pm with no handling charge, If you are wishing to cancel at a later date for stock items we charge a 15% Handling fee, for special order items cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel because our quoted delivery times have been badly exceeded then a full refund will be given. 

Returns Policy

If you are wishing to return a product please call us first, If the product has been wrongly ordered or no longer required it will be subject to a 15% Handling fee if we agree at our discretion to accept the return of the item for a refund or exchange. If the item does not fit, is not fit for purpose or has been damaged and signed for as damaged in transit then on return of damaged goods we will send a new replacement or may offer a full refund if the replacement item will be some weeks.

UV Protection

IF you wish to have your parts 2K acrylic clear lacquered to give a high long lasting shine and UV protection please ask for pricing. Our default finish is normally Hard wearing, though not UV stable polished epoxy carbon fibre.
Please Note Epoxy Pre-preg products are not UV stable. Parts that have been polished by ReVerie will then have been black waxed. This finish would be regularly lightly coated with armour all or 606 protectant which offer some UV protection. Texallium products are particularly liable and can yellow in only 2 – 6 weeks. The epoxy resin will ‘yellow’ with prolonged exposure to UV radiation and material strength properties will slowly deteriorate. We recommend exterior products or those exposed to constant UV are either colour painted or at least Lacquered. We use predominately 2K car lacquers of medium solids, the DBS range has been found very suitable, although people have had equally good results with Urethanes varnishes and epoxy clear coats. The surface should be sanded so no gloss can be seen between warp and weft. The surface should be sanded with 180, 240 then 320 grit and a cleaning solvent used to remove grease or dirt prior to paint application. Several coats may be required (normally 3 to 4 light coats) to avoid pin-holing, common with painting composite products. Pin holes may be dubbed in carefully with a brush, then wet flatted for a final application of 3 thin coats. Let air dry only, you may stove the paint at 70°c once fully air dried.
