Lotus Elise/Exige S2 Carbon Fibre Sill Extensions - Pair, Reverie Front Arches

Polished Carbon Fibre horizontal sill extensions for the Lotus Elise/Exige S2, for use with Reverie front wheel arches. Tested in MIRA's wind tunnel, our sill extensions reduced leakage of pressure under the car, therefore increasing downforce and reducing drag. Works well when used with wider rear-mid floor section and rear diffuser with longer side tunnels to come under the rear wishbones. Sold as pair (LH + RH), the sill extensions are riveted and bolted in place with the fixings provided.
Made from 5.0mm approx Autoclaved Carbon / PU Foam sandwich sheet with black rubber EPDM "U" Channel edging along long seen outer edge
You must fit a Rubber or Neoprene or other type of insulator between the Carbon surface and the aluminium chassis, best applied along the chassis side edges 1st.
A 50mm wide by 2mm thick EPDM self adhesive strip will be supplied to each side to do this, this is to stop corrosion issues between the carbon fibre and aluminium chassis.
