3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP100 is a two-part, fast-setting rigid epoxy adhesive offering fast cure and machinability. DP100 cures at room temperature to form a rigid bond and has low viscosity for easy dispensing and leveling. DP100 adhesive has many benefits, including easy mixing, fast cure, rigid bonds, low viscosity and more. Our adhesive formula provides a strong, permanent bond even under vibration and impact, high shear and peel strength and handling strength in approximately 15 minutes at room temperature. It makes bonding and joining, gluing and attaching, assembling and sealing, encapsulating and potting a much easier process.
