Caterham Seven CSR 260 Duratech Carbon Fibre induction kit suitable for the 2.3 Cosworth tuned Ford Duratec (both 200 & 260bhp versions, will fit all Caterham's with this engine). The kit is designed to fit neatly in the engine bay and reduce intake temperatures and produce higher intake pressure for more power through ram-air. Mountune track tested this kit on a customer s Caterham and found intake temperatures reduced from 44'C to 25'C approx. Performance was improved via the temperature reduction and ram air and with good noise reduction.
Note: Requires cut out in bonnet - the kit shown had AT Power throttles and 30mm deep back plate, some engines have 60mm deep back plates fitted and some people have selected 90mm deep back plates to push the air box further out of the bonnet. See technical drawings and check your back plate depth requirements before ordering. With the bespoke filter, this induction kit also reduces noise over the standard set up. Worldwide shipping and fitting is available with this part upon request. If your CSR 260 already has a 30mm deep Px600 back plate fitted then there is no need to order this, and instead you can order just the air box and filter you need, or you may wish to order a 60 or 90mm deep back plate to push the air box further out.
