Prototyping

Prototypes are developed in different ways depending on their purpose. To show styling features or other visual aspects of a part a prototype is normally created by hand using an epoxy or polyurethane modelling board material, or CAD data car be used offsite to CNC machine tooling block to make a full size or scaled pattern. To show satisfactory tooling methods at low cost, wet lay glass prototypes are often produced. ReVerie is able to produce a prototype to suit any purpose and any budget. One-Off Production

Due to the nature of ReVerie and the way we conduct our business, if we see any interest in a part, we will consider its maufacturing process and assess if it is feasable (cost, timescale and abilty) to manufacture the part.

Large Scale Production

ReVerie prides itself on quality, speed and cost. This is why we were contracted by a major superbike race team to build it's homologation bikes and it's race team counter part.

ReVerie undertook the production of premium autoclaved carbon tooling and mouldings for a customer with a new superbike design. Repairs

ReVerie can undertake composite repairs and refit's of carbon and GRP products. Repairs include: Race Teams, track day, road cars and more. Contact us with any enquiries you may have.

A recent major repair we have conducted, was a repair to a Lola B05/40 LMP2. Binnie Motorsports approached us for a quote for their Lola which they compete in the American Lemans Series. On-Site Fitting

ReVerie can fit, by prior arrangment, ReVerie parts to customer vehicles. These fittings can include fitting custom parts to vehicles, or providing consultancy to which part from our range would best suit the vehicle. Many of ReVerie's parts can indeed fit other vehicles universally.
