Lotus Elise / Exige S2 Wheel Arch Kits

ReVerie offer external or hidden internal flange fixing versions of the wheel arches, which can be bonded or bolted on. The arches increase the maximum allowable track width by 80mm Front & Rear (40mm each side) or Optional Wider 120mm rears(60mm each side). Bolt-on spacer kits are available for existing rims in 40mm or 55mm (wide rears) for those who do not wish to take advantage of changing to larger wheel & tyre combinations. On the front we supply sill recess mouldings to cut and bond into the sills to allow clearance on lock. For standard 40mm arches 7.5x17” 4x100mm pcd, 56.6mm Et18 mm Front and 9x18” 4x100mm pcd, 56.6mm bore et 25mm. Both front & rear have been found to work well with bolt on 20mm spacers all around. It is very important not to exceed the standard front rolling radius so a 215/40R17 or 205/40R17 tyre is recommended, on the rear we recommend 245/35R18 Toyo T1-R or R888 seem to give good choices. It may be possible to package a 10x18” 4x100mm pcd, 56.6mm Et 16mm wheel on the rear.

On the wider 60mm rear arches it may be possible to fit a 10x18” 4x100mm pcd, 56.6mm Et 0mm wheel.

Please note you may wish to specify the optional rear venting at additional cost to reduce lift from high pressure build up under the arches from the rotating tyres.
