Made from Cytec 919lb 2*2 twill woven Epoxy Pre-preg, Epoxy film adhesive and Aluminium hex core material for best properties and surface finish.
Uses Very Lightweight Stiff Structural panels, with higher peel strength / impact or crush resistance than Foam or Nomex cored materials. Cut with carbide cut off wheels in a high speed dremel or cnc water jet cutting. Never leave core edges exposed to moisture or humidity, route core back from edges by 3mm and edge fill with a suitable epoxy or polyester filler and pigment or paint black if required to seal core in. If making holes though panel then again route core or use top hat style bushes if bolting through to seal core and importantly stop core being crushed by tightening bolts.

FLAT SHEET ADVICE
Finished sheet is supplied with a rough bonding surface & a cosmetic semi gloss non UV stable polished surface (by wet flatting and machine buffing with Farleca G6 & G3 compounding pastes). You can achieve a high gloss UV stable finish by sanding and finishing with automotive 2K Spray Lacquer.

ReVerie recommends the use of Scotchweld epoxy DP490 for bonding. (ReVerie Part No: R01SO6208)
